Starting rate: $20.50/hr
  • $2 night shift differential.
  • $1 after 6 months (step progression).
  • Following the progression, employees become eligible to participate in the annual merit pool.

Schedule:
  • 12-hr rotating night shift from 6:45pm - 7:00am.
  • Training 2 weeks, M-F on day shift (will be extended if more training is needed).

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Report any discrepancies.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors, managers and coworkers.
  • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully complete the background check and pre-employment drug testing.

Requirements and skills:
  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker.
  • Not required but preferred knowledge of SAP system.
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability work on your feet for 11hrs, push and pull, lift 10-20lbs.
  • Not required but preferred forklift certification.
